She is the founder of White Cloud Schools, an institution committed to building not just academically sound students, but value-driven individuals prepared to thrive in the real world. Through her writing on Substack, Founder's Desk, Chika shares thoughtful insights and lessons from her journey, offering a transparent look into how she built a life-transforming educational system from the ground up.

From Page to Practice

Recognizing that knowledge without application is incomplete, Chika founded the Money Masters Initiative to take financial education beyond the classroom and into the hands of young people everywhere. Authoring "Money Masters" was only the first step — translating complex financial concepts into frameworks children can understand and act on.

During Global Money Week, she launched the first pilot session under the initiative. The response from parents and students was overwhelming — validating the core thesis: children are not only capable of understanding financial concepts, they are eager to learn them when taught correctly.

Today, Chika leads the Money Masters Initiative with a clear mandate: to equip children with the wisdom, mindset, and tools they need to make meaningful decisions and build lasting impact — partnering with schools and organizations to raise a generation of financially intelligent leaders.
